3 cups mini marshmallows
ΒΌ cup unsalted butter
3 tbsp creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)

2 cups rice cereal (like Rice Krispies)

Β½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
ΒΌ cup dried cranberries
ΒΌ cup melted chocolate for drizzle
π©π³ STEP-BY-STEP (15 mins active!)
1. Melt the Base
In a saucepan, melt butter + peanut butter over low heat.
Add marshmallows, stir until just melted (donβt overheat!).
2. Mix & Press
Off heat, fold in cereal (+ nuts if using).
Press into parchment-lined pan with greased hands.
3. Set & Slice
Chill 1 hour, then cut into bars.
Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
